Family Training Plan

Fitness, fun and playful exercises make this a great weekly workout and family activity (one parent’s active participation is mandatory – click here for more info). The plan covers participation of one child with two parents (one each time) in 1 weekly selected Family Group Training for only NIS 135 per month. Siblings can be added at only NIS 40 each (per month).
